Todd Ackert
President
Todd Ackert has over 40 years of experience in the industry. He trained at Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SCROC) in Torrance California. He worked as a machinist, a CNC programmer and because of his expertise, taught CNC programming at Santa Barbara City College to help grow the industry. He spent 17 years at Schulz Engineering including 10 years in the General manager position.
In 1998, he started True Precision Machining (TPM) with a total 5 employees and has expanded the company to now employing 30+ employees. Todd is renowned for his industry knowledge in the High Tech fields of: Aerospace, Medical, Defense and Space.
Marvin Rodriguez
VP of Operations
Marvin Rodriquez has more than 22 Years in the Aerospace, Defense and Medical manufacturing industry. He began his career cleaning and de-burring machined parts and went on to learn and master the operation and programming of CNC Machine Tools.
Marvin has been with True Precision Machining (TPM) for 15 years. Because of his experience, talent and leadership, he was promoted to the Management Team in 2015. Marvin has extensive knowledge with complex multi-axis milling and turning manufacturing. He is principally responsible for the day-to-day operations, customer collaboration and ensuring the company’s visions are met.
Anthony Morales
Senior CNC Programmer
Anthony Morales began in 1999 deburring and finishing parts. From there, he was promoted into Quality Assurance, and progressed into machining Aerospace, Defense, Agriculture, and Spaceflight components. Throughout the years Anthony has grown into Management, Engineering, and CNC programming.
Anthony joined True Precision Machining in 2020. Since his hire, Anthony is producing complex high-end precision components that are exceeding all customer expectations.
Anthony has vast knowledge and experience utilizing several CAD & CAM software products. At True Precision Machining, Anthony holds the position of Senior CNC Programmer. He is tasked with the responsibility generating complex multi-axis milling and turning components while applying the latest technologies to produce the most challenging new products for our customers.
